    Angry Predator Help

I picked up a predator for my buddy SLY6868 over on nloc and it is vin locked and the guy will not return my emails and I speciffacly asked him and noted in paypal was this unlocked and he said yes. Is there any way of unlocking these things or do they have to be sent back to diablo to be reprogrammed. I am going to try to dispute this through paypal but any help would br appreciated.

    Thanks Al

P.S. Dont buy anything from al lightning on nloc

    two ways to unlock

Guy you bought it from will have to unlock it by using it to return his truck back to the stock tune

Gonna have to send it off to Diablosport and have them unlock it for you. Essentially they will reset the Predator, you can not do it yourself. There may be sequence of buttons that will do this but I dont know what it is. Gonna have to give them a call and see/explain the situation and see what they are willing to do for you. Most likely it is gonna cost your buddy some money. How much? No Clue.

This is a quote from thier site:

Predator: Is there any way to unlock a Predator that had been used, but the stock tune had NOT been returned to the original vehicle?
If the original backup/ saved data is not restored to the vehicle we cannot unlock it for further use.

I wish that they would do it for 75.00?
If they have a post somewhere please let me know.

I think I would strongly dispute this purchase with Paypal.

I just went through this same thing with a guy from NJ named Craig S. I disputed the charge with paypal and they awarded me back my money. Though I am still waiting on my money, they will at least rule in his/your favor.

If you are persitant with PayPal... they will work with you. Call them and tell them the item was not as described and you were scammed.
Yes officer... I am aware of how fast I was going!
