Ok, I'll see what I can do. I may take me a bit. I'd also like to hear Stew's report on the install & handling.

    Thanks Garrett,
    Paul

G have a mag-hytec cover on its way. Should be here mid week.

The Mag cover has a built in o-ring style seal.

whatI can do is trace the outline fo the mounting flange on a piece of medium thickness poster board. then use some scribe/calipers & measure the lip for you...

got a fax machine? PM me some digits. I will fax you a to scale drawing.

    That would be awesome Rob!
I was contemplating how I could do an accurate pattern with the cover on the truck,... it would have been tuff to do to say the least

    Thanks,
    Paul

Garret... how long until a proto is ready to street test?

I will gladly cough up the cash for the materials & rough labor costs...

Are you thinking we will need a floater kit for the leaf springs as well? or will there be enough movement in the heim joints/rod ends for articulation misalignment?

    I'm in... PM me a $$

If it's a crazy fixed drop so to speak. I could make a taller diff. bracket. However if one is Hydraulic or Bagged,, and you raise and lower the vehicle with said system,,,I don't think it would be such a good idea to run something of this nature. It would bind up at one (pull it's self in and out of it's designed range or it's semi-fixed arch) point or another on the trip up or down causing undo stress on the panhard and other parts of ones suspension..
