    4/6 questions

Im pretty sure im right on this but would like to confirm. I recently ordered a belltech 4/6 drop. And if i leave out the front isolators and use the adjustable shackles that i have now i should be able to achieve a 5/7 drop, correct?

    I don't follow Garret...

Also, you say he is using some hotchkiss & some other shocks? if so the bell tech geometry & spring rates will obliterate those shocks in a matter of weeks/months.

Honestly I don't know if a shock, except maybe the DOetsch slammers, that will handle that combo.

The kid who bought my bell tech kit, way back when, wore out the bell tech specific shocks in under 5,000 miles. & they were the "good" bell techs.

    just fyi

Why bother with a spacer or not,,,,, just for a 1/4". I would run the insulator and be done with it.

I will most likely end up running with the isolators in, and as far as shocks go i could really use some advice on that topic. Also i could use a nice helper bag setup for the rear so if anyone knows a good place to get some that would be appreciated.

Shocks... Doetsch Slammers or NitroActive's from Styin concepts. those are the only 2 I know of even remotely capable of handling the crazy spring rates & geometry the bell tech causes. C-notches & very short/flat bump stops are required.

Air Lift Brand or any firestone air spring based supple****** bag kit will work fine.

    they make 2,500# & 5.,000 # kits... Figure

    2,500# kit

    5,000# KIT:

    On board compressor kit:

no matter what they tell you the 5,000# kit fits great on the f150 that's lowered... at least with the TVS.

I am putting 5K# bags back on mine & Silver03HD(Elliot) will eventually ahve my original set on his. We both will have on board compressors.
