What do you use your Harley for?

needed something a little stronger to haul the camper to Canada. This was in Alberta on Route 40 just 24 hours after it reopened for this last summer. The Canadian Rockies are awesome... We spent 1000 miles breaking it in and 14000 more camping all over Arizona, Rockies, Alberta, BC, Vancouver Island, and Pacific NW. The truck was a real trooper and drew a few double takes. Not your typical RV

NDEBT - Yes it's a LanceLite 815 which is their smallest one. We got it originally for our '97 F150 which really pushed it's capabilities (upgraded to "E" tires & added airbags). As you can see all the decals are removed and you are one of the first to guess it's a Lance! I hate being a billboard when I drive around so all decals on everything (including the harley) are the first thing to go! We are very happy with the Lance and highly recommend them... but now we can haul a much larger one with the F350 payload. Oh honey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine's a daily driver, and it definitely gets driven! Since April 1, 2005, I've racked up over 19k miles. It also tows the bike or the occassional load of topsoil/logs. And the back 6.75' is owned by the pups

i use mine as a dust collector, blew up in october and probably wont be drivable again til HOPEFULLY mid february since all this crap has to go wrong now that its in a million pieces

i guess its. kinda like in the ocean where they have sunken ships as artificial reef's for sea creatures, well mine is a dead truck as an artificial reef for bugs and rodents in the shop

all you can slap me for asking this but how /\/\/\/\ do you get the lights do do this(park lights/fog lights on at same time)

basically if i remember correctly, splice the #5 and #12 wires behind the headlight knob, or you can put a switch inline the splice to have it act stock with the switch off, or fogs on with the corners with the switch on

Just pull the knob out. you'll see the fog light indicator right under the knob light up.

I got mine in Feb and only 15K hrmmm I need to drive it more...

i'm not sure if they changed it for 05 or superduties, but in the Gen 1 trucks, you cant just pull the knob out to have the fogs come on with the parking lamps. you either have to splice the #2 and #12 and file the switch down (something like that) or the easier way is to splice the #5 and #12 and fogs automatically come on in parking lamp position
