'04 Black Over Orange, Crew Cab Short Box, diesel, all the options that ford offered, #1191.

If it is going on the '04 I am not sure it will fit withour other mods!

There'll need to be a few mods done, cut the header panel to fit the headlights. And I'll need to do a little cutting on the bottom of the grille and refinish it.
