I am still in.......however....
I was just quoted $1250 installed from the shop I use. I guess Ill need to find out shipping for this group buy.
Any ideas to NJ? 08406.
I just bought my second one (a month ago) and the first had a rubber gasket around it (where it sat on the truck) and this one doesn't. I'm gonna call Gaylord and see whats up.

Talked to Gaylord and they told me I had to ask for it when I ordered.
Let me know how it goes so I can have them send me the missing rubber seal.

BossHog has mentioned several times between this post and others regarding the snug fitment, and the need for the rubber fitting. Does anyone else know of this? Am I going to have to get this part also to make it fit right? It seems that no one has responded to his statement
I was giving a lil' heads up.
Last year's GB lid came with the rubber seal, this new one didn't. They told me that it was extra and I had to ask for it. But, they didn't mention it to me when I bought it...
I guess you have to ask to have it included

My L and HD both have Gaylord's lids and did not have problem above. Had 2 GBs in the past and no one mentioned issue by BOSSHOG till now.
If this GB gets off the ground, I will get an answer from Gaylords.
I bought this new one a couple of months ago to replace the last one I had from the last GB (insurance claim).
Just trying to help, thats all.

My local dealer near Orlando quoted $1400. plus tax for the X2000 Speedsturr wing. The Traditional was $1100. plus $75 for carpeted interior which he highly recommended .
Has anyone gotten any quotes on shipping costs?
Kromdom: Will we be getting the new updated Stainless Steel X2000 hinges or the older Traditional hinges???

The past 2 GBs we had only included the X2000 hinges. This GB in particular is for the "upgraded" lid (which we did not get before):
1. single lock (vs. 2 in previous models)
2. rotary latch (automotive style)
3. 12 volt light
4. emergency release handle
5. remote control
