You read all the instructions for all the removal tools and they all advise you to wait till the engine is completely cool before starting the process. Well if you don't want to wait and want to try this it works.

Remove the lock bolt and washer from front of pulley.

Remove belt

Install backing plate of tool for removing pulley

Install front half and thread in center bolt.

JUST BEFORE IT ENTERS THE BOLT HOLE STOP

Take a can of freeze spray and use the supplied piping and spray it in the bolt hole - thus freezing the shaft and contracting it quickly. I used a whole can.

Then quickly start the process.

As alot of old mechanics used to do - heating up the pulley with a propane torch or heat gun then using a tool. This works opposite and is safer on the pulley.
