    Tires for f250 20"

I will be needing new tires for my 05 HD F250 SD. Anyone know what other options I have ?I think the truck has 265/65/20s by Goodyear, great tires just want to know if I can go bigger without any other mods.

Mike (Snake), it has to do more with what tire is made in the 20" wheel size. The 305 in TOYO is about a 34" tall tire. The BFG shows a 285, but when you roll it next to a TOYO 305, they are real close in total height.

Our LT275/20 goodyears are 33" tall factory. FYI Randy

    1bagger,

Did you purchase tires yet? I will need new tires in the near future as well. I am curious what you decided to go with.

If Randy is correct then the Nitto Terra Grapplers might also work as they have a LT305/55/R20...

I ordered 325/60/20 Toyo Grapplers and a 2.5 in leveling kit. I'll post pick when installed.

05BHD... I too am in the same boat (looking for tires). I think I have settled on the 37x13.50x20 Toyo MT's. I found them at treadepot.com for $353 each...sounds good, but the shipping for (4) is like $250.... they have them in stock, unlike alot of places that have them on back order.

Randy, you never got back to me on a price from 4wheelparts...

i just dont want to buy the same thing again. Good luck with the toyo's i tried to get some 38x15.5x20 toyo m/t's for my king ranch but they were on the forever backorder list so its getting micky atz. Im thinking about doing what treadwheeler did running the 22's/35's without a lift or maybe a level kit.

that should look very nice. I am lifting mine for function. After Ivan hit Pensacola, I learned that after a storm you have to drive over alot of stuff to get around. I had an FX4 F150 at the time with 33" Mickey's and no lift. The truck did alright, but things would have went much smoother with a lift.
