Looks like the wife is interested in going also. I don't think she will bring her 01 to the meet. Just too much fuel to burn in (2) trucks. She likes to rub my flaming leather in my 02 DSG while I'm driving anyway. Oh Yeah!!!

Ok, lets get a date and place. Post what works for you in April and where you'd wanna meet.

Jake, see if Ron wants to come with his SRT10.

Looks like we SHOULD be able to make it, if we can figure out something for the dogs. We can't leave them for more than 8 or 10 hours due to them being in crates. And us living about 4 hours away from Charlette thats almost 8 hours of drive time. What time does it look like everything will be starting? And how long do people usually hang out?

Looks like grandma may be visiting next week and staying with us for a few weeks. So that means we have a babysitter.. Whooties!!!

Is it looking more like the 22nd to everyone? That's Earth Day so you must go out, get on your knees, and give mother Earth a big Ole kiss for everything that she provides us.

<--- Otherwise, I'll send the Cat to see yah. He's been a little pissed off since I had him snipped.

22nd sounds good if I can get someone to fix the Volvo by then, if not I'll have to fix it when I get home. It almost overheated on my wife (she does excelent on watching for stuff like that). I think the radiator or thermostat is going bad. I just hate paying someone to do what I could do if I was home.

Del - what time are you going to head to Charlotte on the 22nd? I havn't been to Charlotte before and don't have any idea where to go.

It just depends on if you want to drive via interstate or back road. It's about a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. I'll know more as the date gets closer and we find out about the location. I drove over via I-85 and it took me about 3 hours at 70 mph (+/- 25 mph)..

As for the Volvo, if you need help, gimme a shout.

I can probably make it, and recognize Earth Day all at the same time, given that the SRT10 is a proud sponser of OPEC!

I can't run too late. That makes for a late night drive home.

The wife does not want to pin grandma down with the kids all day long.
