hey guys just visited NLOC and a guy named SVT sinister is about 1/2 hr from me, he is selling an 03 L shortblock for $800, i know its a good deal, but how much power can that motor handle.

well i paid $1530 shipped for the s/c, another $1500 for the brakets, and verious other things needed. then theres the upgrades. all in all i thnk i have almost $4gs

The block itself will handle a bunch 800+ its the internals that cant take that much....

So if you buy the block with 03 internals and slap a SC setup on it...then you have one of our 02/03 motors which will handle bout 450 reliably
