Get some aircraft stripper at napa or something and it will take off the rotor coating easily. The stuff will just bubble off.

The tty bolts can be reused although ford doesn't recommend it (they dont recommend you reuse a lot of things) I have reused them many times without issues on over half a dozen trucks

Thanks for all the replies. I decided, while the supercharger was off and needed to be taken apart, I might as well send it off to Stiegemeier. I just mailed it !!!

I reused the bolts, but bought new gaskets. You can pick up the set of 3 for about $50 on ebay!

When i had the L I used an ice cooler with 5 gallons of purple power and let the IC soak in it for 6 hours. It took about 90% of that nasty crap off. I then sprayed it down with carb cleaner as a secondary cleaner. once that was done i used an air compressor to get whatever was left. Then i let it sit over night for 10 hours until i was sure it was completely dried out. While the IC was drying I also stripped the SC rotors with Aircraft Stripper. If you go with the stripper i recommend a brush to apply it. It was actually a really easy process and as long as you are patient and take your time it's cake. I am positive the HD is gonna need it now that i have the lovely oil puddle in my CAI.
