Looks great! Are they going to be covered or is that an extra option or is that left to us? Either way I am in. Thanks for the work, Fep!

First fitting of the top and bottom. They are rabbited so they sit down inside and seal up very well. I am going to add a thin seal just to make sure there is zero air leaks.

The sealed, airtight boxes are 1+ cubic feet, which is perfect for 10" sub. We are getting close to a finished product. It will bolt down to the exististing holes in the floor in front and on the sides at the rear. It will also fit between the little ears that exist in the rear that holds the outer console cover. It will come with all needed hardware (4 extended length bolts, washers and 2 wing nuts). The only thing you'll need to do to mount these is remove console lid, the inner bucket, it's frame and the outer console cover. Drop the box in and bolt it down and reinstall the outer console cover and lid. If you choose to cut the bucket to make it fit back in and completely hide the box (except for the top) you can do so.

    Any suggestions from anyone?

If you choose to put one there you can. Both the top and bottoms will be removable so they can be customized. I'm trying to keep the cost down, yet still be able to mod it if you want to. The front legs will be adjustable and removable so it will fit everyones truck. The rear positioning ears will allow the mounting screws to go all the way thru the box so they can be tightened down from the inside, in the back by using the existing dogears.
