Thread revivial
So I removed and cleaned mine a couple weeks ago, along w/ a long grocery list of other items. I've got a somewhat high idle now, in the 1000 range. I removed it again today after re-reading this since I never sprayed and WD40 in there as well. Has anyone ever tested there for movement. No matter which side I applied +/- to, it only moved maybe 1/8th, but when I manually move it w/ a screw driver, I get a little more than a 1/4 to there I can see how a plunger would close.
At this point I assume it's safe to say I should just replace it since it doesn't have complete range of movement, but I figured it's only two screws for someone else to check, so I thought I'd ask...maybe there is some system that applies an extra bump of power to close it all the way. Just throwing it out there.
