    I'm curious... I was looking at this list you posted

    Strip Rotors....... 245 (actually stripping and the disassemble and reassemble)
    Pulley Swap.... 40
    Broken ByPass..... N/C
    S&H....... 40
    Snout Rebuild..... 125

    TOTAL..... $325


    and was wondering why the additional 40 bucks for the pulley swap? Don't you have to remove the pulley for the 125 buck snout rebuild??

    It had a 2.83 pulley on it, and while they had it i sent them a 2.93 Cogged pulley so they could swap them out for me.

    Yup and she gets driven...its not a grocery gettter LOL and like I said...my bearings are all original bearings with 5k on them at time of install....have about 7k more on them now with the current setup.

    and 207 you are correct it has to come off to get rebuild....

    Did you ever get a chance to pull it and take a look to see if worn out bearings were causing case contact? The convo we had about temps and noise....
