well i finally got my new grill and also my back center console lid the leather was lifting up but the new one is already having the same problem.

The leather on my console lid (between the front seats since I have the rear bench) is lifting towards the rear of the lid (near the hinge). Its been like that since I picked the truck up and I've been afraid of letting Ford "fix" it and ending up with something that looks worse.

ya thats were mine is but no worry they replace the whole lid no ripn apart.
Hmmmmm.....might have to go back and see if they'll do it for me, even though the truck has over 38k miles. Yes, you read that right. I took delivery of the truck on 4/1/05.

ya i would check after u change any part usually under warranty u have like a # of mileage after that the new part.
hopefully they will get me a new console without the problem. In ur case if shipping isnt bad we could always switch to cover under warranty.hehe!

Man, you been driving that thing. I got a long ways to go to catch up. I just rolled 2,100 this afternoon. I got it 1/28/06 tho.
