    Superduty Lifts: Donahoe Racing

Guys, I was just informed of a pretty good sale on lifts at ORW. The Donahoe 7" lift kit for the 05-06 is usually $2100 at most places and then you have to add rear springs $800 (or you can use the blocks if you don't wheel). Anyway, I just got everything I wanted for $2900 and change with free shipping (each rear spring is 115 lbs). If you are even thinking about lifting, I would strongly suggest you take a look at what they have. The best price I had previously been quoted was $3800 shipped.

This sale is the equivalant of the Ford Racing rim sale they had a couple months ago....way to good to pass up.

    THE SALE ENDS TOMORROW!!!!

May I should explain what I got for $2900.....

    7" basic kit
    DR rear mono tube shocks
    DR front resivoir shocks
Dual front steering stabilizer bracket kit
    (2) DR stabilizer shocks
    Carrier bearing drop kit
5" Deaver rear springs and U-bolt kit

That is just about all DR makes in the 7" range for our trucks.... for $2900. This is all cheaper than the 4.5kit with the 7" upgrade kit....don't snooze through this one.

I really wish I was ready to lift my truck at this point. But when you put 40k miles on a vehicle in 15 months, 7" of lift and 37" tires are probably not the smartest thing to do.

BTW, this would be a great "how-to" article. Post up some pics when you have everything installed!!

No problem Snake. I plan on getting 4:30 gears and that should just about get the ratio's back to stock with the torque-shift tranny. I should get all of the height and most of the performance and gas mileage back. I put MT Baja Claws on my other 4x4 with 4:10's and the mileage actually got better. The top end suffered a little.
