Need Daytime Running Lights? DRL's?

As part of my journey getting my new HD driveable here in Canada, I came across a couple of good articles about the Daytime running lights. So far the important things you need to get the vehicle ready for provincial registry is:

1. need Form 1 and Form 2 documents from Customs and the RIV
2. Recall clearance letter from FORD to make sure all the recalls for the truck are taken care of.
3. Daytime running lights.
