    Yep... I have a '03 truck and my freaking cruise isn't working... But I am not covered by the recall???

    Call them with your Vin and if it comes out negative you might want to fight for the recall if it's actually due to the sensor being faulty that's acusing your Cruise not to work. They should be able to do something for you.
