73,000 miles and no oil separator...

Okay guys, i think it is about time to take the truck apart a little bit and clean the intercooler. Does anybody know of a shop in or around the DFW area that is respectable when it comes to this type of work? Any of you guys want to help me out with it?

Do any of you guys know if it may have done permanent damage (on previous owner) I should consider? I bought the truck a short time ago. I'm still learning about this type of stuff. I want to do some mods, but need to get this taken care of first.

    Thanks for any help,

    adam

probably didnt do any type of damage except rob you of throttle response and a few ponies from being clogged.

a ford dealership should be able to do it as well as a Ford Quality Care Service Center.

Best bet is to hook up with a few guys near your and make a day out of it...toughest thing is probably having the right tools to get everything off without busting up your hands too much

i switched out plenums at 33k and my stock plenum had enough oil to do a Van Gough replica...I can only imagine what my intercooler looks like
