2002 Harley Davidson with salvage history FS.

More pics at: http://fototime.com/inv/FA2D6699FAA5190 and I will be adding more pictures over the next few days.

Located in Suburban Washington DC. 60,000 miles. Clean title but was a previous salvage truck that was rebuilt before I got it. Runs and drives great. New set of Kuhmo 295/45 tires. Fully serviced including new oil change, new air filter, new fuel filter, recent front brake pads, new rear brake pads, etc. The only issue would be that the front valance under the front bumper is from a regular F150, not a Harley. Other than that and diamond plate step pads on the chrome tubes the truck is all stock. Priced in the upper $18's. May deliver. A dealer friend thinks if he ran it at a dealer auction it sould bring around rough wholesale book of $18,400. For what it's worth, the NADA retail is $25,600. I'll probably put it on Ebay otherwise. atikovi@email.com

Any car with a salvage title or history isn't worth more than 1/2 of wholesale book, you might get 10 grand out of it if you find a sucker.

You are buying a truck, not a piece of paper. A lot depends on the extent of the damage and the quality of the repairs. Also the age of the vehicle makes a big differance. A current or one year old 2006 or 2005 vehicle is worth less relatively verses the book value than a 4 1/2 year old one, while on a 10 year old there isn't much differance at all. Just my 2C's

well, based on the half a** selection in body panels on the truck, i'd ASSume that this doesn't reflect very well on the "quality of the repairs"

Ugh, as the listing states I'm pricing it in the $18K's. The NADA retail is $25,600 for a clean history truck and as I said "for what it's worth".
