alright update stew....
- No exhaust smell
- Engine doesnt smell of it anymore
- Coolant levels have leveled off.

hey checked all that stuff and still no luck. Ditched school and partook in a lovely working on car day.
- Cleaned maf and and made sure other things were clean
- Pulled all coils and plugs and everything was clean.
- really went through and looked and everything was all good
However i sat back and i listened to the actual engine to see what was going on. What i heard was that everytime that it sort of studdered there was sort of a metal on metal grind sound i have made you a clip to listen to. Try to listen to the right speaker, sorry for the quality but this is the only thing that i can do.

Something dont sound right .
cant hear it much clearly...only something that sounds like an idler bearing noise.
ok. It is coming out of the right side so i dont know about that.. Would that cause the noise and cause it to have a little bit of a shudder.
Sounds to me like valve flutter, hard to tell thou the recording sux's...Sorry
could be lo rpm idler bearing noise induced by the stutter....
still cant hear well as the audio clarity sux...lol
