well picked up a trailer hitch deal for $78 with the bolt kit from a local trailer place. gonna see if it'll work tomorrow.. better line up lol may have to do some new holes but wont know til i get started on it. all those ads on the L site never got any replies except the joker who said "make me an offer i can't refuse" then when i made him an offer her said "well let me think about it...." screw that noise...

hey G that one i got from that local trailer place worked. i think it was for a 99 chevy but it fit... i found a booklet laying on the ground saying 99 chevy when we got done. the front bolt holes lined up but the rear ones didnt... used a 1" bit and drilled a new hole through the trailer hitch and the truck frame to make it work... looks similar to a hidden hitch.. you can see about an inch of the trailer hitch rear portion below the bumper if you squat down.... turned out nicely.

the welder came too... works pretty good gotta jump on that trailer tomorrow =) next mod will be a nice weld mask the one it came with sucks

lovin' the welder.. i got three supports welded in on the trailer today and the very end of the frame i welded in a large piece of angle iron to make the end bumper/taillight mounts.... drilled two holes through the one inch iron tongue and mounted the ball receiver.... next gotta find some expanded metal to weld to the frame as the flooring... also bought the set of 8x4 folding full tailgate ramps from a guy cheap -=) very productive day

i was going to go with a wood floor but decided the iron mesh will be lighter and easier to put in.
