Just as a point of reference, I just placed orders with a company called Servicecoins for two seperate designs. The following prices were for 2" round, 2mm thick, gold finish, two-sided offset digital printed disk with epoxy dome.
one time mould & cut die charge = $225
250-499 coins = $2.50 per coin
500-999 coins = $2.35 per coin
packaging (poly-bag) = $0.10 per coin
I'm not supporting any particular company, but just wanted to share a recent purchase experience.

how about the NHTOC logo on one side
and on the other a HD smoking tires? they can make some coins with 03 two tone, black and some DSG.
the one thing we need to agree on is coin color coin edge design and/or type style, and coin thickness.
Once the dies are made colorization is a minor issue.

I forgot after we find a coin maker and agree to things, we going to need a SERIOUS commitment for total number of coins.
prepay for the total, I might suggest a modest 5 to 10 cent over to cover club costs and costs for extra coins for the club.
That way new members can receive a coin after they pay their dues.

just an idea for the club, in no way am I suggest anyone make a profit

as cool as this sounds, and i'd definately be in for one, i doubt seeing it happen.
any more than needing maybe 20-30 people required for the purchase and it'll be hard to get it done. especially for something as pricey as this to get made. 2.50 a coin is cheap, but 250 members to buy one will be a tough task. even the "400/500 Club" and "12 second club" decals were shot down even though we had about 20-30 guys interested, and they were just vinyl decals
