TVS for HD discontinued

i called hotchkis when this thread started and they said the did not have any leafs but you could call them

Guys this is a very well worth while mod...if you are even considering it, jump on it while you still can. There is nothing like dancing thru S curves or clover leafs and leaving everyone behind.

I hear ya, but the main issue here isn't whether to do it, but trying to find a place that has them because the HD leafs are discontinued by Hotchkiss

how many does hotchkis need to do for another run of them? Maybe if they see the money for 10 sets up front they'd do another run might be worth a shot. seems like there's enough interest now with word that the TVS is on its way out.

The springs can be made by any compitent spring shop (especially if they have a set to work from)...its the rear sway that will probably cause the most problem being duplicated.

so they are discontuing the entire f150 lineup? swaybars and all? I thought it was just the HD/supercrew stuff. the leafs/coils are different for regularcab/L and supercrew/HD, but the front and rear swas are the same. in my truck i've got a set of L spec leafs since its a lighter extended cab.

even still, if worse comes to worse a top quality kit can still be had, just one needs to piece it together. Ruslow coils, hellwig rear sway, only thing is no other big manufacturer makes drop leafs. Roush went out of the count a few years back.

I know belltech makes leafs, but dont know for sure if they make them for HD/supercrew? I just wish I did this mod last year!!!!

I don't want the entire TVS, just really want the rear leafs. i plan on piecing my kit together just as 356 mentioned (and basically using the pieces he mentioned).

when i called them they said that you can get coil/swaybar
but not the leafs

when RobW shipped me his TVS leafs IIRC it was just a fedex shipping label slapped onto the leafs. didnt really need packaging. if anything just tape some cardboard over the leafs and send them out that way. doesnt have to be a full box. kind of hard to damage leafs in shipping! lol

Well guys called almost every place listed on the internet that said they carry Hotchkis Performance leafs springs part#2411. So far, I've got one shop checking his warehouse, but not the best of luck. i'll let you guys know what I find out.

I know most shops are special order only on Hotchkis Performance products only, just hoping someone would have a set laying around their warehouse waiting to be used by me
