I have the Superchips Flashpaq. Any of the tuners, Edge, Hypertech, Superchips make a huge difference in the driveability of the new generation F150.

Stock, the transmission is sloppy, delayed downshifts, etc. The tuner changed the transmission management significantly. Even if the engine didnt make any more pwer with the tune, which it does (See attached link for the Dyno Sheet from my wife's truck), I would run a tuner just for the transmission logic.

The truck is getting a custom tune from Superchips this week for the addition of the AFE Stage II Cold Air Intake. Stay tuned, Ill let you know how it works out.

    That's some pretty significant gains.

its not the best idea to use a tuner/programmer/chip to alter tranny settings. raising the line pressure for firmer shifts is hard on the tranny and can reduce the life by a significant amount. anybody know which tranny's come in the 06-07's? if its still a 4R100 or 4R70W factory tech makes valvebodys and separator plates that will work
