somebody just put a set on their L at NLOC. said they were much better than stock, although somebody else posted theyhad them and they sucked, then somebody else posted they had them and they dusted a lot, somebody else posted they were hard on the rotors
getting confusing!

i've read quite a few posts about hawks squeaking and dusting a lot though so i'm hesitant about those as well. jpanchalk had one version of the hawks on his truck, not sure which model (HPS or superduty or what) but they dusted like CRAZY and if you left it on it was a PITA to get off the rims.
stock is actually looking tempting for once

HPS do squeak a little and dust a little less than stock but the superduty I have heard are terrible for brake noise I am going to try the hawk ceramics.

I use PF Z's on mine and don't get much dust and hear nothing in the way of squeal. They've been on for quite a while too (June '05) and still have plenty of wear left despite my driving like I stole the truck, anywhere from 30-100 miles a day.

Rotorpros, can you guys get stock pads to go with the rotors? figure just order everything from the same place. if not no big deal, but hopefully will be ordering soon!

I just got a set from them, and they sent some OEM Replacement pads. I actually like em better than the Hawk pads i had on there.

yep i've seen hawk's on panchalks truck and not sure which model they were but they dusted like CRAZY. heard half good half bad reviews on every brand pad out there stockers are just stock may not stop the absolute best, but i've been fine with it for 47K now. hard to beat the low dusting and quiet sound of the stock pads
