Not sure but with a little searching on the 2 model numbers you can find out pretty easy. I think that DDX-6019 is the unit that 2manytrucks has. I liked his so I went and found the DDX-7017 but mines not the Excelon series. I know one of the differences with the Excelon is that it offers the 5.1 surround center channel speaker too.

I had the Kenwood DDX 7015 before it was stolen last year. I'm looking at the DDX 8017 right now. But everytime I see that Eclipse piece I fall in love with it. If it wasn't for the fact I bought the Kenwood navigation piece already I'd consider the eclipse pieces.

I have the DDX-7015 (for 4x4 F150) and the DDX 8017 (for SDHD)

They look pretty nice, never heard of them before though.

I was looking at the Eclipse models at a local shop the other day and MAN they are nice..but way more than I can afford.

I ended up buying a Jensen double-din after doing TONS of online reading. I was dead-set on the Kewnood DDX-7015 originally.

No problem. It's nice to know what else is out there other than the main-stream stuff that everyone has. It's hard with car audio though if you can't hear it or see it in person since alot of times when people have issues with car electronics it is due to the installation. Definitely let us know your thoughts on the unit!
