I need to do my rear sway also, is a sunday possible?
Not unless i can get off work, or i come over after 5 or before 11.
It is said to be an easy install, i just don't have the tools handy.
not a problem.... Ive got the tools but no time. Ill get to it someday.
take some pics of the sway bar install. I will be doing mine in probably 2 months when all the snow is melted
I've got the tools and time if you feel like driving across the country.

Blake, you are more than welcome to head my way on a weekend. I have all the tools you could ever need and a garage to do it in. I did my New Rotors and Hawks this weekend and found my hotchkis rear springs have de-arched and twisted from axle wrap! looks like new rear springs and traction bars soon as well as all the other stuff! I still have shocks, c-notch, front springs, and a host of performance goodies to put on.
Let me know.
C-Notch? Hmm..... i'll let you install yours first before i decide to do it. Shocks wouldn't be a bad idea for myself either, still riding the GroundForce shocks that came with my kit 2 years ago.
I plan on boxing the rear of the frame at the same time that I c-notch it. I also plan on adding another crossmember in the shape of an x in that area. Eventually i will get some serious horsepower and will tie the entire frame, a roll bar and bed together just in case. The C-notch is to allow more suspension travel, and it won't be that hard, just have to take the bed off. I need new shocks bad, I am running a set of factory length monroe shocks on the back, ouch! Can't wait, the entire rear suspension will be new! I am never getting rid of this truck so any mods I do are for me and the next owner, Gavin(my 9 week old son), haha
You have some intense plans.... i believe i will be a follower.
Dbl G is making an X-Frame for back there, it is called the "Spyder Brace"
I need to check that out! Thats what I want. Its ok to be a follower, thats what I have been doing for a long time and I must admit it is safer. You get to see what works and what doesn't. Its now time to go out on a limb and do some wilder stuff since I have decided to keep it indefinitely.
Any chance this Saturday for a rear end girdle swap, and the rear sway bar install?
Maybe, I would have to schedule it around Gavin's sleep schedule but maybe we could at least do the sway bar. You might want to go see Nick about doing the Rearend gridle, having the truck up in the air and being able to get right at it might help with all that fluid!
K. Sounds good.
I am going to Duncanville to get a wideband gauge installed and get rid of my boost gauge.
Then after that, call you.... so i'm thinking mid afternoon?
