    South Carolina here I come!!

THATS IT. I'VE HAD ENOUGH. TOLEDO IS FOR THE BIRDS. Actually... even they are smart enought to get the crap out when winter hits.

Either way, I'm moving back south to SC. I used to live in the Greenville area a few years back, but now I'm headed down towards Beaufort. End of April, and I ain't ever coming back!

I'm new to this site still and I don't know any of you guys, but I hope i'll actually be able to meet a few of you at some GTG's now. A lot of mods planned for the ol' stocker... will need as much help as I can get!

    Back to celebrating!

Don't blame you. I've spent some time up in OH and wasn't terribly fond of it. Love life in the Carolinas now though!

Actually I friggin love the snow. It's the cold I hate.

Unfortunately I wish my decision was based on the temperature... It's never that simple though... Too much BS happening here and it's just time to get the hell out. Hopefully find a better job, as well.

Anyone know a shop looking for a CNC machinist?

What part of the state are they located in? I'll take the numbers anyway... Beaufort isn't set in stone, it's just where I'll be staying for a few days after I get there. Where I'm going to end up living is still undecided. I'm just kind of flying by the seat of my pants now. I might end up in GA or NC.

Going to have to throw the resume up online and start doing some research

Clever. I bet most people think you're talking about the hamburger joint.

I'm pretty set on the Beaufort area now that I've been there. I need to be close to the ocean. Although anything can happen! Guess I should try and find some machine shops pretty soon, since I'm supposed to be moving in a little over a month...

I lived in SC for 15 years.
Moved to NC and I would NEVER move back to SC. What a sand pit!

Note: I spent a lot of time at Ft. Jackson crawling around getting sand and pine needles up my arse. So I could be a little biased... ;-)
