I researched the 2002 F-150 Model Year, and you are correct. Ford made the Std Cab, Ext Cab & the Screw. The new PN that Belltech shows is likely the SCREW PN. I'm calling Monday to confirm. I checked with Les Schwab Tire yesterday & the PN (6657) for the "Quad Cab" retails @ $73.65 a set. If they are the correct PN for the SCREW I'm going to try'em & postup results.

I called Belltech today. The Technical Sale Rep said the "Quad Cab" would fit the SCREW. Though helpful, I was not very impressed with the product knowledge, application & technical expertise. I'm considering ordering the extenders from a Belltech retailer this week. We'll see. I also inquired about the spring rates on the 4803 1" drop coils I have,.............. You know what was amazing is that I could actually see the deer in the headlight look over the phone.

if you talk to them again ask to see if the extenders are different for each side. So-Cal at first was sending kits with the same extenders for each side, which arent for the staggered shock setups. just interested to see if the belltech rep will know. i'd like to order another drivers side so i can flip my passenger shock for drag racing.
