Thanks for the belt sizes guys. I actually went with a Napa brand belt (Only place local that had a good selection of belts) I think it was a 70 5/8. And I have 2 90mm pulleys on the left (as looking at the motor) and a 100 mm on the right. Looks good and no problems yet. The reason I put the 100mm on is to have some more tension on the right side the 90 mm looked like it had too much slack. I'll post pics later when I get some more time. Probably later this week. Thanks again guys.
As for the Bolt that hold the 3rd pulley on I didn't get one either nor did it come with any instructions.?.? I would have thought that the unit would at least come with instructions for belt routeing and such. I will say this, you can actually run it with out the lowest pulley on the left (as look at the motor) and it works just fine and then you don't need a new belt. I didn't know if it would cause a problem so I went ahead and installed all 3 pulleys.

Anybody have a problem with the bolt that holds the upper adj. pulley? Mine is squeeling like a stuck pig, no matter if I use the stock or aftermarket pulley. I had to take emry cloth to the sleeve to get the pulley to slide on. I'm going to try to get in touch with Charles.
No problems here. Pulley went on smooth.
