Our MP brackets used the stock tensioner...
My tensioner is fine, just one of the 3 bolts that holds it to the idler bracket broke off in the bracket. Do you still have your stock bracket???
I do... Can you not just replace the bolt though??
No, it's snapped off about half way inside the hole. Considering the amount of force I was using trying to get the thing out, I doubt an easyout will do anything for me. About the only thing I can do is completly drill it out, tap it for a larger bolt then open up the hole on the tensioner.
If you are looking at it mounted on the engine, out of the three bolts that hold the tensioner to the bracket, the bolt that broke off is the top right bolt. There is a half inch or more of the bolt threads still inside the bracket.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve, can you take the bracket off and take it to a shop? If you can take it to a machine or metal shop, they can try to heat the bracket up with a torch and then use an easy out. A cutting torch using just the heat, not actually cutting can do wonders for tight bolts, getting pulleys off, etc...
