you should be able to see krix's attached pic. mine may not show up if you're in canada or if you use verizon fios, because apparently lightning roder doesn't support either

I've got 2 stock throttle bodies here I'm porting now, both will be up for sale soon...along with 3 ported plenums, and a ported lower intake manifold

How much is the ported TB and plenum good for? Just part of the overall package of gains here and there, or something the butt dyno would pick up?

one of those things by themselves, nothing noticible, add it all together, ported tb, ported tb, ic spacer, smooth intake elbow, ram air intake, you can gain a pound or two of boost from it all.

haha nah, I'll be sick of porting by the time I'm done! Probably sell them for $65 each or so.

Maybe I'll add that to my to-do list then as well.

Starting a new project shortly, so little odds and ends, and truck is really finished as it sits.

I've got a freshy fresh 2003 HD blower with ZERO miles on it, if you wanted a s/c to toy around with and port lol

I also have a 2003 L blower with like 6k miles on it IIRC, that I'll be flipping as well

My basement turned into L/HD Depot once I bought that second damn truck!

2 screws and the TPS comes off. You just have to reset the TPS to 0.99V again once you reinstall it. Its cake to readjust, and there's lots of how-to's explaining ways to do it.

You shouldn't really need to remove it since the blades get removed from the shaft, and the shaft pulls out with the linkage assembly, but its usually easier to just remove the TPS so its out of the way, and so it doesn't get filled with metal shavings, easier to clean the full tb out with nothing still attached to make sure all the dust is cleaned out after porting.

Also better to remove the TPS so you can polish the outside too!

don't go into the throttle bore itself. That part is already ultra smooth. Just smooth out where the casting is rough, and don't touch the inner bores where its already smooth.

If this helps any, in addition to what josh has already posted.

Broke mine down as suggested, cleaned up, re-assy., and set TPS with my hand held once everything was back on truck.
