    Need a part

    Yeah, I know. Probably the wrong forum, but no one would ever see this down there.

    I'm trying to find the valve stem covers that came from the factor on the 05-07 HD Superduties. Its more like a cap that has a knurled finish at one end and is open on the other -- you can just push your tire gauge or air hose up to it and do your business. I'm missing one but would happily pay for a full set if anyone has them available.

    FWIW, I went to the Ford dealership and they said they couldn't get any.

    Yep, I've lost plenty of caps.

    So my nice valve stem caps only go on for shows.

    I got the Harley Caps with the Skull emblem in the end...

    what pisses me off is that when mine get stolen its only one at a time......

    and its not from me not putting them on tight either....think I have gone through three sets so far in the last two years......

    I have the silhouette bar and shield caps on my '03 and after going through 1 set, I snug the caps down with a little wrench just beyond hand tight. Hope ya find 'em, Snake. Hit up the obvious, NDEBT!

    tighten mine down with a wrench as well. most punk little kids if they cant get them off by hand in a few seconds to throw on their bike, they'll move onto the next one

    Yeah, I'm thinking that someone was missing one, like I am now, and decided the easiest way of replacing theirs was to take mine.

    Haven't hit up NDEBT yet, but he's at the top of the list of people to call.

    Next time a little blue Loctite might keep 'em on the truck for longer.
