My recruiter had me and my entire family snowed. My mother even invited him over for a home cooked meal.
Now don't get me wrong. I enjoyed serving my country and made the most of every opportunity presented to me... but it was nothing like it was described to me.

weed out the bad seeds..or they'll end up over @ sickcall with me.... A LOT for:
1. a Light Duty or SIQ chit
2. consult to Psych
3. appointment with SACO or Legal
4. evaluation for a LIMDU or PEB board

I had to recruit the last 3 years that I was in the Navy. I agree with everyone above don’t let the bean counters get to you, never lie (you will sleep better) and buy lots of Tums.
well if you really really dont' want to do it....you can get kicked out like they did me...NO SINGLE PARENTS CAN BE RECRUITERS...lol...so if you are single...have a kid....and get custody..lol..or if you are married it might be a little trickier...you would have to get a divorce and get a kid...i actually wanted to do it to MAKE sure that quality soldiers not quota came into our ranks....but nonetheless....i couldn't do it...oh well...guess iraq is not so bad..lol...will find out again in January...good luck with that!!!
