You cant beat the Motive....I have had mine for over two years...great product and makes short work of bleeding brakes.

the rotors (rotorpros) come with the racers installed, you'll also need new seals.
ive had my power slot rotors for 4 years and i never replaced the seals when i did my brakes. also i think the russel ss lines work in the fron but the rear doesn't. i have to check im not sure if i have the goodrich or russel.
aight lemme know tpr. why wouldnt the rears work? length issue or a fitting issue?
and hoffie, thanks for the heads up on the rotorpros. so would that just mean I need new bearings & seals? Local auto parts store pieces? Or should I order higher quality ones online?
you canget good quality on a regular parts store,IMO you can't go wrong with SKF
aight you know who carries them? I may make some rounds on friday. hit up pepboys for Green stuff pads, maybe napa for bearings & seals?
Most excellent, even I enjoyed the read. Thanks G.
gracias....now just bearings & SS lines
can always hit up Bonaco(sp?) where BBU got his kit from for the lines
are the bonaco lines essentially the same as the russel (as in their function), or are they replacement lines for other areas?
i'll shoot mad a PM, IIRC he designed those lines but for liability reasons decided not to sell them himself and gave the design to bonaco
THen they must have lost the design...I though BBU sent his stockers in for them to make the jig off of?
The Bonaco steel braided center line that has the junction block where the rear hard lines connect does not work with the stock rear hard lines, so I had a brake line shop redo one of the rear stock hard lines to fit the bonaco junction block. All I did on my 02 HD was the steel braided brake hoses.

Wow some people have short memories.
I designed and made up tooling, then produced three prototype SS brake line kits that included the hard line across the axle housing so that all five lines would be part of the kit. One went on a Lightning, the second is on Dwights truck, the third went on mine.
Prior to starting production, I ran it past my insurance company, I thought the guy on the other end of the phone was having a heart attack. Needless to say, I never sold any. I gave the design to Bonaco since they had helped me (pricewise) with my prototypes. As far as I know they are still making them.
Call Tom, he will help you.
BTW, they did send me their first production unit and I did a test install for them, fit was primo (just like I had made it myself).
