Welcome...
As for the mods, an I/C cleaning and a good oil seperator....
Thanks for the advice guys, I will be sure to update when I have modified the truck, but for now i have to save up money to pay for the tag so it'll be a month or two before i can add some things to the truck. Also i'm a little curious as to what the average around town mileage is or what i can expect, i don't go above 2200 rpm and so far have gotten 185 miles to 1/2 a tank, let me know what i should expect. thanks
you'll probably be getting around 12 around town. i usually average low 13's mph and thats a mix of around town and highway, and usually getting on it pretty often

welcome!
I just hit 295 miles and the low fuel light just came on so I think i'm doing pretty good, I've floored it a total of 2 times this tank which was really hard to do but I wanted to see what the best I could get was, I will update later tonight when I fill up after work, I'm hoping for at least 13mpg.
Well I filled up tonight and I was pleasently surprised that when I did the math I averaged 13.8 mpg which is about what I was getting in my pathfinder. Not too bad I think.
Some are even daring enough to say that the Harley is better looking, more fun to drive, and possesses a higher "wow" factor than the Pathfinder.
I calculated my first tank and got about 260 miles. I haven't had a full tank since then. I usually throw $20 in her and then floor it everywhere I go. I don't even want to know what I'm getting in the truck!
Welcome. I'm out here in Tulsa, and if this winter is anything like last your not going to be able to drive your new toy more than feet out of the driveway. I made it about 3 feet out before I got stuck.
Tirerack does have winter tires in the 275/45/20 size but I don't think I want to chance it, I'll drive the pathfinder if it gets icy/snowy.
Probly best to park during ice & snow if you can, cuz seeing some butt head sliding toward ya will sure ruin u'r day!
plus I would also hate sliding into a curb, the harley rims are not cheap to replace from what I've seen, I'll keep it in the garage. Also wrecking would be bad too.
