Thanks. My JLP Shackles are on the 4th setting & I have shock extenders. Another inch drop in the rear would be nice, but I don't want to spend additional dollars now, so I'll stick with this set-up for good while.

The feedback through the steering wheel gives me a feeling of being more connected to the road. That stock floating feeling is gone. The overall ride is now good bit firmer, however, it's affords more control too, which I mainly contribute to the "L" Spec Bilsteins. Potholes and bad road surfaces are noticeable, but most expressways, interstates and reasonably good local roads bring a HUGE smile, because the ride is reasonably smooth. Cutting the rear bump stops made a huge improvement in the ride. The Helwig Sway Bar installed last month has added benefits too, especially during cornering, curves, and entrance and exit ramps.

The Screw Bilsteins would probably be a better alternative for someone who wants or needs a softer ride.

    1) I had my truck done professionally,... don't know what wax was used.
    2) Lighting / Cloud cover was perfect that day the pic was taken, + my wife
is a professional photographer & has exceptional equipment.
    3) Don't know for sure how I'm going togo after the last 1/2"-1",....... I'm
    leaning towards Belltech 3" leafs.

    Hey Blu,

Hopefully, that won't require a C Notch and/or different Shackles. That's why I'm reluctant to investigate right now. Got so many other financial irons on the fire, and holidays are also on the horizon too.

If you're planning to do near term, please let me know what $$ to expect.

    She's lookin' good.

Thanks. I think I'll be Ok (w/o "C" notch) with the 3" BT leafs,.. I realize the JLP 2-3-4" shackels will need to find a new home. I plan install the OEM stock Ford shackles if I go this route. The 3" BT leafs run ~ $150- each side @ Pefrormance Center dot com. Part of my lowering project includes a set of Metco lowers ($400-). I'll see where this combo gets me & go from there. I'm liquidating some parts so Santa doesn't get squeezed.
