Ok guys, I have blocked off 15 rooms at the La Quinta in Orange Park. If we have at least 10 rooms blocked the rates will be as follows

2 beds $56
King $61
King Plus $67 (plus means microwave and fridge)


if there aren't more than 10 it will be $5 more. I should be receiving an email shortly that will give me the phone number to call for everyone to make their reservations.

You need to call 1-800-642-4239 and give them confirmation code 551GRRWMN and tell them you are with the Florida Harley Truck Owners, this will get you the group rate. For those of you staying Friday night, that rate should be cheaper, but let them know that you need a reservation for Friday as well. The Reservation I made is only for Saturday as I didn't think there were too many coming for the whole weekend. Please let me know as you book your room, i need a pretty solid # to give them by end of day Friday so my credit card isn't charged. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Not Yet. I don't know if I'll make the drive up on Friday or Saturday morning. I'll be in the Orlando area Thursday night and work from my company's Winter Springs office for a half day on Friday.

Since Slate Creek brought it up, lets discuss when and where we'll meet. Are you South Fl guys coming up Friday night? If so, i would say meeting in Daytona at the Shell again, around 8:00ish? That should put that group at HP around 10:00.

For everyone locally, or coming from Gville or the West, does 10:00 at HP performance sound good? This should give us a pretty full day to do whatever mods need to be done.

I'm planning on making a dinner reservation about 7:30 or 8:00 at the Ale house, its not too far from the hotel.

On another note, tuning will be $200, if you want to just do 2 pulls with air/fuel, it will be $50. I would think those just wanting to do pulls without tuning should go first on Saturday, as they will be short and we'll get them out of the way.

I will be up there around 9 to get set up. I'll also bring some coolers full of ice, any drink or food contributions would be appreciated. (burgers, hot, dogs, buns, etc) Ale House is the shiznit! W/ free beer all day maybe we should bring some tents & sleeping bags!

Yes call the number i posted, when they answer hit option 2 Amber will answer. If you have already made a res. she will adjust the rate for our group. If not she will take your res. i just talked with her and she will adjust any misquoted rates...NOT TO WORRY.
