'07 HID Head & Fog Upgrade

I finally had some time this weekend to install my HID upgrade kits. I ordered the H13 (aka 9008) 50W BI-XENON (which maintains the hi/low beam) 10000K kit and the H10 10000K kit for the fogs. The directions in the kit were USELESS which didn't matter - it was pretty straight forward. I thought I'd share some picutres with you...

WARNING - these are large pics

These lights are BRIGHT! I chose the 50W because in general as the Kevlin rating goes up the lumen rating goes down. I wanted the 10000K for the color rendering so went with the 50W to offset the slight loose in light output.

Check out ebay seller "kassabian9898" Both kits including shipping set me back about $ 250. Shipping took three days and I think it was worth every penny!

Thank you. Just drove it home in rain while it was dark. These lights make a HUGE difference!

Looks sweet, we live in the country and the 6k HID's really make a huge difference out in the pitch black. Only issues I had when installing the kit was where to put the ballasts.

I found some nice spots to tuck the ballast in but still easy to acess if I needed to.
