Yes officer... I am aware of how fast I was going!
damn hoffie... almost made me not want to put mine on....
you can tell us...
you stood on that pedal pretty hard huh..
Thats awesome, Rich has byfar the best customer service. Really it wasn't even from the work he performed on the rotor but the manufacture that cast that rotor. Hoffman I'd hang that one up like a trolphy. lol Hats off to Rich and a fresh pair of shorts to Hoff for keeping the beast under control in that situation. Glad to see this thread didn't turn into a bashing, and hate comments towards Rich, he really in my mind has a great product.
it was a stand up thing to do to replace both of them for free vs prorate them or what not...
def a good guy!!!
well im tired of my crusty old powerslots on my truck. i was thinking of getting a set of rotopros and this just sold me on a set! it is a freak occurance and in my almost 30 years of being around cars i have never seen anything like this happen. for rich to stand up and with no problem offer a new set is reason enough for me to trust!!!
Simply awesome Rich!!!!!!
I have confidence in you Hoffmann, you could've drivin out of that...
I remember you going around the u-turn on 27 with a suggested 30 at about 70!!! Totaly slideways and off camber but kept it WOT! Oh yea!!!!
...I don't remember ever being on RT27 with you around, maybe all the beers you had when you posted it made you confused and you don't remember exactly who you were with, nor where exactly you were or at what speeds
But anyway, if you were just confused and were trying to say RT "22", which was the one we were together "almost 3 years ago", I am impressed of your senses of speed though.
Your post reminded me of something very peculiar about that turn
...No one calls it: U turn, jug handle, exit ramp, etc...they call it by it's nick name...
...BACKSTABBER turn!!!
...funny right?
No worries, it takes way more than a mean comment to question my driving habits or to ruin my reputation
It is indeed a wonderful site, I love the friendship we all have here

Chris...you couldn't even say: I'm glad to see you're okay, Hoff...something?
...and whenever that was, it was probably before the brakes he has now...so where you going with that ...kind of seems like a knock to Hoffie... Such a shame to see friends do this It shouldn't matter how he drove or when he drove, the point is, those rotors should have NEVER separated like that...and someone could have been hurt...I really hope that nothing like this happens to you...I'm comfortable with the way Hoffie drives and I have yet to see him drive like a nut....so stop with the digs...
Again Rich, it is a great thing that you've stepped up to the plate and have given Hoffie new rotors...this will make me your customer for quite a long time!!!

It sort of did...but questioning Hoffie's driving habits is kind of wrong I, for one, am in Hoffie's truck every weekend, and I felt the need to stand up for how he drives. Don't we all occasionally have moments of foot to pedal?..yes, yes, we do...but in this case, it is neither here nor there that it had to be brought up in this thread...
and damned it, where's OMH with the I LOVE HOFFIE toon?
No place for blaming the victim here.
^^^YEAH, its my fav cartoon
Weird.. I took Dillons reply as giving Hoffy props on his driving skills.. I didn't see the negative.
Either way, nice to see a vendor stepping up and making good on a product for once.
