    Gaylord Speedstur lid color dilema!

    Hey Ya'll,
    I am a fairly new member. I've had my 2008 F-150 for a little over a month.
The paint is the two-tone black with the vintage copper lower. I am looking
into getting a Gaylord Speedstur lid. I would like some feedback about what color it should be. I know the black would be great but I am wondering if the vintage copper would be too overpowering and take away from the original look. I guess I need a poll. Black or Copper. I want to thank all ya'll for the great welcome into the club. Please respond. Spord.

I would just go with black. The copper accents are near the bottom of the truck.

BLACK!! It wouldnt look right with the cover being copper. I think it would look out of place.

Black. Copper would throw off the paint scheme.

    BLACK!!!

I've seen some of the king ranch trucks that are say blue or maroon with the light tan lower 2 tone do the same thing. Paint the bedcover the light tan, and it just looks funky since the tan is all on the lower half, then the bedcover is the same color. Makes it look like an afterthought, than a nice flowing part of the truck.

I guess I was thinking of how I match my clothes for church on Sunday.
Also, I have a 105th anniversary Ultra Classic which is primarily copper.
Those two coupled with just not sure. I have decided to go with BLACK.
Maybe I'll put some vintage copper flames on it, **just kidding** Thanks for the feedback. I'm fixin' to get a Rhino liner next week.
