    Calling Venom

    Is he still about?

    I'm out in Indonesia at the moment and have a few of these critters lurking about inside the equipment I am working on.
    Any idea what sort of snake it is?

    Since I have nothing better to do I googled snakes in Indonesia, apparently there is 450 types with about 5 being posionous. Yours doesn't match the posion ones, so thats good. I'll let you know if I find anything else.

    That is the rarely seen, suzy q tailed s viper...known for getting itself into small, tight area's...experts say to wear pants with tight rolled cuffs to prevent the snake from inserting itself.....think about that lil fishy in the amazon and where it goes...this one prefers the other side.

    I think you only have to worry about rectal snakes if you already have gerbils or other rodents up there to attract them (sorry-couldn't resist a butt critter joke). Anyway, I don't think we have much of that going on in this club, hopefully (but hey I'm not judging anyone)!

    Stay safe over there Adam. 5 poisonous snake species in a small country means you have a decent chance of coming across at least one!

    A DEAD ONE!!!!!!!!!! At least if it were me, I would have taken pictures of the pieces left not it scurrying away....
