One set of JLP 3" shackles will give you a 2.5" drop.

Second that if you are not going to install a tonneau. Do the 2" hole if you do and that will make it level.

I was looking for a company called springtech and could not find it again. I had called them for their stuff a couple of weeks ago and lost the addy to them. I searched for shackle son ebay and found suspensionmax who is spring tech. I am ordering their shackle and hanger for a 3-4" drop. For 90 bucks I feel this should be perfect. They said it should also allow me to lower the front another inch on the 03 if i feel like doing so at a later time.

I used the Groundforce 2X4 kit for F-150. There is only a quarter inch difference from front to rear.

Blackjack, what did you do to stop from bottoming out on bumps? I have the same kit and my truck bottoms out on the smallest of dips in the road.

Did you have a problem with a vibration around 20 MPH when you did it?

You mean with the lowering or the c-notch? Although it doesn't matter which question because I experienced no vibrations at all. I didn't bottom out at first, but after about a month of settleing and the addition of the tonneau cover and bedrug ( +/- 100 lbs) then I started hitting the bump stops. It really wasn't too bad, it just made me have to think about it all the time. But no vibrations!
