yeah mad fan! best fan going with the best customer service!

+100, easy install on your oem fan shroud if you don't want to spend the extra cash on the full fan shroud/fan kit. and have some moderate skills on getting the wiring / sensor install.
keep your stock water pump in case you need to reinstall the factory fan back on. other than that, you can get a Navigator water pump ( larger impeller, aluminum) that doesn't have the fan adapter on the end.

even though i had afew glitches with my mad fan mikes customer service is awsome! if your going to get one BUY his end!

+1 on MAD's customer service. I have the mad controller and had a minor issue and Mike texted me back with some great details and I was able to pinpoint the issue and he fixed it right away. Bad Circuit breaker. He sent me a new one ASAP.

Do you guys with electric fans notice if the AC stays cooler at idle? it seems like a electric fan would help keep it cooler in traffic or sitting at idle for a while.

nope, the stock fan actually moves more air than e-fans IIRC
