Well, all I can say is Better Late Than Never! We have been waiting quite a while for this one here at NHTOC, so a couple days late posting the NHTOC TOTM for May didn’t hurt anyone. The honor this month goes out to NHTOC member #22, Michael “Fepony” Nichols and his 2002 Black SuperCrew beast of a truck. She rolled off the line #7542 and had no idea what her fate was going to be, but we glad that she came to rest in Mike’s hands! Mike isn’t a man of many words….well that is until you get to meet he and his family face to face, which I did have the honor of fairly recently….but a couple things are sure: He has the patience of Job, one of the kindest hearts and He lets his truck do all the talking! Just a little History without going into much detail….Mike started down a path many of us would like to take….transforming his truck from a normal every day Harley Screw into a Pavement Pounding monster. No Journey comes without setbacks and Mike had his fair share of those. With the completion of the transplant…he received landslide votes for TOTM. But unfortunately more speed bumps reared their heads and temporarily sidelined the beast. Last month’s winner Oki, was instru****** in organizing a hell of an effort to get this beast and Mike back on their feet, terrorizing the streets, like they should be...but alas his silence has been ended! The beast Lives and Mike is unleashing her every chance he has gotten and boy is she doing some talking! It is evident from the landslide of votes, how many people know Mike, his friendship, his character, his family, and his loyalties. For these reasons and many more it is truly an honor to present this award to you Mike! Justly Deserved!
Congratulations my friend!
Question # 1: What sparked your interests in the Harley trucks? Specifically your HD Truck?
I was looking at trucks and saw the HD and took it for a spin...i loved it. I bought it.
Question # 2: Any interesting stories behind the history of vehicles you've owned leading up to the HD truck or how you got it?
Being a parent, you never really have money for things you want. I always had to settle for what i could afford and what was practical when i was younger. This is actually the first vehicle i ever owned that was exactly what i wanted.
Question # 3: Give me a rough list of the mods that have been done to your truck. I know you've got a lot done, so you can just list your favorites if you'd like!
Going built with Whipple was best mod.
Question # 4: Tell us a little about yourself. Your other hobbies, your job, your favorite past time, whatever!
I work on my yard and enjoy playing Shaiya online.
Question # 5: You've been a member on the site for a while now, what is one of the best things you like about the site that keeps you around?
I think it's the Midget porn that Stewy sends me that really keeps me here.
Question # 6: What is one suggestion to help make the site a better place?
More Midget porn...
Question # 7: This is where I normally ask about where you decided on your screen name and any specific reason for choosing it?
When i fist came online i wanted a name that reflected my "Harley" background and "ironpony" was just too over used so i made up my own. Fe is the chemical abbreviation for iron and pony just seemed like a cool name so Fepony was born.
Question # 8: Almost at the end, what is in the future for your truck?, so what’s the next plan of attack for your trucks future?!
Right now i'm just having fun with it and killing unsuspecting victims. Life is good.
Question 9: Last and final question, just an open end question for if you had anything else you wanted to mention that I didn't have a question for...here's the place to go at it! Your web site link, a plug for something, etc. etc. whatever you want to throw in!
I'm just glad to finally have the bugs out for the most part and I can enjoy playing with it. The only advice i'd really like to pass on is to do your homework before selecting your builder.
