What does a buzzing relay mean?

I have a under the dash relay for the interior lights that keeps buzzing when the ignition is on and the doors are closed. When the truck is off and the interior lights try to dimm the relay buzzes and the interior lights stay dimmed but on. Whats up bad realy or shorted interior light wire/s.
Replaced the #1 interior lamp relay under the dash and it still buzzes so it's not that relay.
Pulled little fuse #14 for the battery saver and interior lamp relay under the dash and no more buzzing but it deactivates all the interior lamps and cargo light so no lights and the window switches will not work with that fuse pulled.
Wondering if it's not a ground or multiple shorts in some wires?

i had one do that to me under the hood when i pressed on it it buzzed i think it means the relay is bad or the computer is constantly sending a signal to the relay turning it on and off

i replaced mine and it went away

this is just a guess

Thanks alot for the response. This is my first HD truck, just bought it friday. i will try the relay. it only makes the buzzing when i turn the truck off.
