I didn't file down the ramps but I did file down the plastic rod that extends out and keeps the knob from being pulled out in the other positions. So I guess it's just about the same as filing the ramps. So I would need to splice the #2 & #12 correct since the way I id it is similar to the ramp filing?

Like someone said earlier, i hate to beat this even more then it is. But i just did this on my non harley (98 f150) and the headlights come on in the parking light position. The fogs come on if you pull it out, so i know i got the ramp mod and jumper portion right, but what is causing the heads to come on in hte parking light position?

I have this on my truck, it keeps the driving lights on in both settings and the brights and low-beams on in the high beam position.

Put HID's in them like I did and then talk to me about BLINDING.
I just say F'm Local, State and County PD have no probelm with my bright lights and I know my lights are brighter than there's so Im blinding them more than there blinding me.
Yes there are adjustable and I adjusted mine up so that they match my position of the headlights.

I think it's just some people who THINK they are high beams because you have two sets of lights on.

If you are stock, just put your hi beams on when they flash you...

They will then see how silly they are for flashing you when you had on your lows and fogs...

lol ah i love doing that. watching them when they see the actual high beams on! haha

anyway, there are adjustment screw things on the fogs to adjust them, but usually there's not much adjustment left for angling them down more

Sure you can, but why not just do the whole thing, so you can use with your headlights as well?

This is the first mod I did, and I love it!
