    2010 Drop Kit?

Just traded in my 06 AWD and have a new 2010 2wd. I need to lower her ASAP. I see drop kits listed for the 04-09 model years. Since 09 looks like the 2010, will it fit? I don't want to order wrong kit, and get stuck with it. The shipping to Maui sometimes cost more then the item I'm buying... Any tips or info would be great,,,

I loved my 06,,, but here on Maui, never had a need for the AWD. Dont expect any snow soon. I wish it had the selector switch like in the newer models. I was averaging 11mpg with the Roush goodies on her. It was cramped in back with a car seat, so I decided to order the 2010. This new truck is beautiful inside and out. I cant wait to drop her and add the K&N and exhaust and tint and bedliner and and and.....Ill post some pics later..

    Hey Hodgo,

I ordered the Ground Force 9861 kit and it's getting installed today. I talked to Ground Force and they said the '09 kit carries over for our trucks. Hopefully, I'll be able to post pics over the weekend. :-)

    Regards,

    Collin

Hodgo... Have you had any issues with the lowering kit? I just had my 2011 H-D F150 done with the Fabtech 3/5 and it went way too low and I am having tire rubbing issues in the back. Especially on the drivers side once I filled up the 36 gallon tank.

Not sure if there are differences in the 2011 or not, but the shop that did the work found out that the Harley and Limited edition trucks have a softer suspension in the rear and this may be causing the issue.

Anyone make just a shackle kit for the rear? My buddy has a 10-11 F150 that he wants to lowered the rear a tad.
