    AWD supercharger

    I was wondering if a supercharger is ok to put on awd truck,I mean will it hurt anything?

    My 07 is Roush supercharged with intercooler, I've done around 12k since I bought it & the only thing it hurts is my pocket when you hear the S/C whining! But then if I wanted economy I would have bought something else.
    Seriously the general opinion seems to be that the transmission is pretty near it's limit & getting the speed limiter removed or changed is an issue but I think that Troyer can do it & also sell you some good tunes if you decide to go the Roush route. I can't say how it compares to stock as it was already fitted when I bought the truck, but it sure does suprise people when you floor it!

    Yeah. I know of a few other supercharged F150s in the UK, but they are all 2WD.
